Our training is designed for anyone who wishes to deepen their knowledge of yoga and grow into a professional yoga teacher. The training is rooted in the traditional Indian yoga lineage and can be described as a Multi-Style Yoga Training (including Raja Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Kundalini Yoga & Ashtanga Yoga). We also integrate modern scientific insights and techniques, giving you a clear understanding of the anatomy and physiology of the human body, and how to apply this knowledge in both your yoga practice and teaching.
The program is structured into modules, each focused on a specific aspect of yoga. You will learn about the history and philosophy of yoga, teaching different yoga styles, meditation and mindfulness, and how to create a safe and supportive yoga environment.
